20 Mile Trail

I have been wanting to get up and ride twenty mile all summre long and finally had a chance the other day. The smoke cleared out of the area for the most part and the weather was awesome. Word on the street is that the Forest Service has cut down some 450+ trees that were blocking the trail. Within a few weeks there was already another handful that lay across the trail when we rode. Above is a picture of a fallen log at the beginning of the trail.

Creek crossing on the way up.

Irene coming off bridge on the way back to the car. Didnt make it quite to Duck Lake due to our short time frame but enjoyed the ride none the less.

Irene attempting some log hop trials thing. It didnt work out to well as I had to go and pull her out from in between some logs. Lack of pictures due to the awesome riding. Friday morning also brought tacky trails to the area which made fo some great mid summer riding in the area.
